Hey everyone!

We have discovered a critical issue which will be hot-fixed ASAP.
The issue taking place involves a bug around the ownership of pre-registered units, wherin pre-registered units may be taken over by another player.

We intend to be in downtime again around 2pm PDT and the downtime should take approximately 1.5hrs.

Those players and units which have already been affected can rest easy: Their unit ownership will be restored with the hot-fix.

Thanks for standing by!

Will entered info be saved? ie unit ranks, money put into unit coffers, already accepted members, unit invites?

I wonder if they were using the production data in their testing around that. That could be why it slipped. Big goof either way.

THe would need to identify a fix for that.

Easy workaround is to leave the game and reenter. Always got back in for me.

Whew its a good thing they fixed this.

For a minute there I thought they were going to fix the desync issue so I can actually stay connected for a full game and contribute to my teams effort and enjoy the game.
This is more important than the desync issues..........

Great idea, I love desyncing then coming back to a dead mech. Whats the point of even trying?

I allways get back in to, never alive after a desync though. Please explain how desync/lag issues are not more important than teams getting a few letters beside their name?

Is this supposed to come with a patch, or just a database fix/adjustment?

Almost! Something funky happened in the build deployment. Retrying now.

Please refer to http://mwomercs.com/...ver-lag-issues/

I have many times. It says nothing other than the devs are just now realy looking into it. Seeing how long its been an issue this is not comforting.
Yes my son and I are jaded but rightly so.
Looking at the linked post does not allow my son and I any better ability to play the game we have invested tons of money into thanks.

I never said it was.

However, it's likely an issue that's more complex than this particular hotfix, it has a somewhat functional workaround (I'm 2-2 in reconnecting into a live mech, but both times it happened, I wasn't in the immediate action), and they haven't backed away from it being an issue, just that they're working on it.

Mostly just saying that calling for a hotfix for an issue in a thread about a hotfix for a different issue isn't helping. Want to help? Report what happened when by opening up a support ticket for it (Give them time, map, and if you can a group screenshot, so they can track down your game on the server and see what happened).
