While trying to log on, I have gotten several "Network request timed out" errors. Also occasionally, after seemingly connecting to the game, I hang on the "CONNECTING" screen, and then see an "unknown error" message and get dumped back to the log-in screen.

I'm having that same issue now, though I was able to play for a few hours prior.

After exiting my previous match, about 9:40PM EDT, I got a "Redeeming Items: Unknown Error" popup, after which all of my mechs were flagged invalid with no weapons. I attempted to relog and am now stuck with the OP's same problem. Stall on Connecting, followed by "An Error Occurred: Unknown Failure"

Ran repair tool which found nothing noteworthy. After several more connection attempts it allowed me in. I just completed a match with no abnormalities beyond slightly elevated target acquisition and zoom lag. Ping remains normal around 60ms.

Having trouble logging in as well. Sometimes it actually logs in, but has trouble saving any changes in mechlab. The actual games are even worse, with desyncs still happening. Sometimes it can't find a game, and will give me an error saying that it is unable to find a match, but it will still deploy my mech without me in it.

What a waste of the premium time from the event last weekend. With all the connectivity problems going on this week its hard to get decent games in at all.

Just tried to drop in a full company. I got "Failed to find a match" while the other 11 successfully launched into mission.

Attempted to relog in order to rejoin match, and I'm once again stalling at Connecting followed by Unknown Failure.

same issue on all fronts. Ran repair tool. Still broken.

I noticed that I was attempting to leave a group and it wouldnt let me so I closed the game and then the problems started after that.

Having issues with getting members of my unit into the unit. They are getting invites and accepting then not showing up in the unit member list. Also some are getting the weird login problems described above. We will try again tomorrow to see if things are being caused by a big server spike, noticed it got worse as the evening went on into prime time pacific time.
