Callsign: BoxOfAids
Timezone: EST, USA
House/Faction: Kurita
Playstyle: I play anything with slow reload, high damage weapons (AC20, PPCs, Gauss, etc), as well as missile boating
Roletype: Supporty, I tend to be in heavier mechs, staying around the edge of fights and picking away while the brawlers do their stuff, or a mile away and LRM spamming
Preferred Weight: Hunchback and beefier, usually Heavies or lighter Assaults (no Atlaseseses, too slow)
Experience: MW3, MechCommander Gold, MechAssault (lol), Mechwarrior: Living Legends

I am ONLY INTERESTED IN HOUSE KURITA GROUPS. Do not contact me if you are not Draconis Combine!

21 year old dude living in New England. Have mic, willing to use it. Somewhat familiar with Battletech lore, been playing the games on and off for a while now, and recently picked up some of the novels, reading in mostly chronological order. Just looking for some casual House Kurita players to drop with, not super-heavy roleplayers, though some roleplay is fine by me. I'd prefer people that like to be playing more for fun and for the experience rather than min-maxing and super competitive try-harding. Hit me up with a PM if interested!

Callsign: Byterot
Timezone: Eastern (UTC -5/-4 depending on DST)
House/Faction: I'm pretty flexible here. I don't have long-standing ties to BattleTech lore, so I've got no real grudges or favorites, especially amongst the IS. Doing a little reading here for MW:O, FRR and FWL resonate the best and seem to have a selection of mechs that are canonically associated with them that I find more or less appealing. Clan-wise, Smoke Jaguar and Nova Cats are my favorites, with Ghost Bear running a close third.
Playstyle: I like to play in ways that coordinate closely with teammates, but allow for adaptation and improvisation in response to conditions on the ground.
Roletype: Long range fire support & flanking ambusher roles.
Preferred Weight: I'm most comfortable in well-balanced medium/heavy class mechs.
Experience: I was introduced to BattleTech/MechWarrior with MW2: Ghost Bear's Legacy, and played MW3 & 4, as well as both MechCommanders and enough of MechAssault 1 to decide I didn't like the compromise in feel to bring it to the console. Classic BattleTech is a gaping hole in my relatively recent (the last 5 years or so) foray into wargaming, but I'm looking to rectify that soon, as well. Numerous other multiplayer PC games over the years.

I'm looking for a group of players who will enjoy having fun together and serve as a pool of teammates from which to form up fun drops. I'd like a community that's large enough to fill out a few good groups on a given evening, but not so large as to be filled with faceless strangers. Attitudes that accept losses with good spirits, but strive to learn from them and become better players are a big plus, as is an easy-going attitude towards participation/involvement. I've got a job, and teach evening classes on the side sometimes, as well, I don't need another one. (one of the reasons I'm not explicitly looking for a Merc Corps) That said, I'm open to periodically scheduled event sessions in an effort to either run a theme night or simply have a particularly high turnout now and then.

I tend to take direction well, but appreciate the opportunity to make suggestions, experiment, and improvise now and then, as well. I don't wear the burden of leadership comfortably or confidently, but don't mind being asked to step up a bit.

Playstyle: Kinda like Ricky Bobby in a mech. I wanna go fast. Best with a Jenner with small/small pulse lazers going 140
Preferred weight: light, though sometimes I strip down a heavier mech and toss in a few pulses and a 350 xl and go to work
Preferred chassis: Jenner

(Please note: I'm also fine filling other roles... I mostly want to have a group that actually works together.)

Callsign: Aidante (once the all-lowercase registration db error gets fixed, at least...)
Timezone: GMT (UK)
House/Faction: (unaligned at present)
Playstyle: Flexible (happy in all weight classes, also looking for a commander role)
Roletype: Scout, brawler, harasser, mid-range fire support
Preferred Weight: Light/Medium/Assault
Experience: MW2 - MW4M. Beta PUGs have been fine so far but with the emergence of more organised teams and the coming of role warfare features, I'd like to be a part of something more organised and dare I say it, fun, going forward. Happy on a mic for TS or Vent - I'm looking for a unit with members with a sense of humour, maturity and perspective, who want to win but are also willing to celebrate the times when things go terribly wrong.

Playstyle: Whatever is needed
Roletype: Whatever is needed (I'll spot like crazy on a light, but won't get many kills)
Preferred Weight: Whatever is needed. I like em all.
Experience:Pretty much every MW game since MW2.

I'm looking for team oriented players that don't take the game too seriously. I prefer playing with drunks and stoners.
I can do vent or ts, but I don't say much other than match related stuff unless the topic is hockey (Crosby sucks) or weed.
I will play a few hours a day, pretty much every day until I get bored of the game.
I have zero interest in playing with people who like to grief others.
FYI - my k/d suck since the reset cause I've been messing around with LRM boats. Not many kills but a lot assists.
