I would kindly disagree with that, when it comes to experiences with support.

Fair enough.

Man! That's a rough row to hoe Joe (see what I did there?)

You better be hourly! You stack too many weeks like that and you start to go a little odd.

in any given day... I don't know which day it is at least 3-4 times!

Way to go with your word flow!

(Oh and UAW hourly)

That makes sense. While I love my compensation package (I have no room to complain) it sucks to clock unpaid holiday hours because some one else made a big dumb. All this work on a holiday weekend and my check don't change.

I have a lot of empathy for pgi in these sorts of situations. Like I said I haven't had any issues with support in years.

UAW local represent though!

Gotta love the way PGI's community manager and support team work.

A little while ago the Black Spikes Merc Corps brought up an issue with assigned unit tags. You can check the discussion over here ...

Get over it. The long weekend is here. I'm sure they will solve it one way or the other. Moaning that they didn't handle it to your satisfaction immediately is preposterous.
Take a deep breath and enjoy the end of summer.

So all he could say is... I passed it along?

Pretty much, yes. Thats what he did anyway. As I said, its just sad that it takes a lot of whine on reddit to draw attention to what happens on the official forums, including PMs to PGI reps that were ignored.

Missing the point. We have resolved the issue ourselves. Then when asking for one simple thing from PGI team we got ignored by PGI community manager for 4+ days and plain trolled by PGI support team.

You weren't trolled. Niko literally explained the mix up that happened, and there was no trolling. Again, these issues, regardless of how simple they are, don't get solved until assigned to a GM. So what if it took them a couple of days extra to do it. As stated before, they have actually important and useful tickets to go through as well. This one could handle waiting a week or so. Especially since both groups have settled it themselves, and 99% of the player population isn't really gonna be affected by the tags being switched a few days later.

Perhaps you need to close this. Because i think everything said has been already said.

Good work on finding the problem Niko.

People need to learn to mind their own business. This issue is between the black spikes, the black sheep and PGI. The rest of you need to get a life.

OP made a thread whining about something that he shouldn't have honestly been whining about. Thus making the whole topic public, and now everyone is entitled to weigh in on the issue.

Whether the response is friendly or not, is irrelevant.

Indeed. Sometimes when I check my phone, I get notifications from different sources. In this case the first on my list was one from a moderator who linked me to the Reddit thread, so I just so happened to have responded there first.

I think PGI's biggest short comming is that threads like this aren't locked sooner, before the trolling ensues.
This one most defiantly needs a lock, before I start Cussing like a sailor.

Edit: Niko, the only reason I quoted you was so you would get an email, so you can see this.
