Pwi Doesn't Want My Money?

So I decided to upgrade my clan pack today and the Clan Collection screen won't let me!

I can purchase a new clan collection under a new account, but it won't let me upgrade from Daishi to Timber Wolf. Is this on purpose of are they not wanting money anymore? Or are they expecting me to only buy Ala Carte?

Contact support and they can adjust your package manually.

You'ld be surpised, took them well over a week to respond to my ticket about upgrading my a la carte package. They wouldn't do it because i'm a customer dumb enough to give them money in the first place so of COURSE i should have to pay $110 for 2 mech variants when all i should have top pay is $20 (since i already got 4.) I can not stress how very terrible PGI has managed to be at just about every aspect of programming, customer relations/ communications, and merchandising. I have no doubt at all that any other company at all would be more successful with this game than them. That they have so few players on an undeniably good base gameplay/engine is quite an achievement.

Hold up....you bought the package they offered, paid what they asked for it, got what they said you would get, and it's their fault they don't want to change the rules in your favor?

Re-read your 2nd sentence, accept that you just paid what Dave Ramsey calls "Stupid Tax" and move on.

Given PWI (Perfect World Inc) just announced the $125US Delta Rising Operations Pack for Star Trek Online, they actually do want your money as much as PGI...

Wow, pure class pointing out an auto-correct mistake that I can't edit out.

In any event they have still not got back to me. Fortunately I managed to somehow make it work on only one of the 4 browsers I have.

Could there be a typo some where..............sorry had to go for it.

As well as contacting support do the RRR Reboot, re-try, run repair tool.

Wow talk about bad joke karma this page did not load all the comments until after I posted.

Is we Is or are we now seeing load balancing on the MWO site or did somebody unplug a router to charge their phone or pop some corn??Posted Image
