hey guys so i played during the beta and i loved the game and where everything was OP compared to now. So, during the beta I'm pretty sure I had gotten a beta only mech but I just recently installed the game again and now its not there??? What's the deal with that??

I think you're talking about trial mechs? Those changed. If you had received a founders' mech (I don't see your forum badge with that one, so gonna guess not), you should contact support.

At the end of closed beta all accounts were reset, this means you lost anything purchased in closed beta, if you had a Founders pack (does not look like it on your case) or had purchased MC those were added to the reset account, otherwise everything is gone.

If it was during open beta (after October 2012) you should still have everything, in which case email support@mwomercs.com as IraqiWalker suggested

Nothing earned during the beta was yours to keep, players were given lots of free stuff. There was a complete wipe at the end of the beta.

You're not a Founder so you did not have a founder mech you had bought, so after the wipe you would have had a completely empty account (just like everyone else).

Except for MC that would have transferred.

you don't earn MC, you buy it. Yes, if you paid for MC you maintained your MC balance (in full), but nothing you earned in-game was retained from the wipe.

Many people acquired mechs during the beta, through MC or Cbills.

There was a reset. If it was acquired through MC you got it back. Cbills, well the reset did away with cbills.
------
Back then stuff was majorly reasonable compared to now. Mainly due to 'delayed convergence'.

no problem. Your first 25 matches will net you a LOT of money, totaling up to around 10 million C-Bills, enough to buy almost any mech in the game. My recommendation is to start with mediums, or heavies.
