Don't have to apologise.

It's not like I've spent much money on the game myself (only an Illya when it was on sale and a couple of mechbays). But there is no goddamn way I'm spending another single cent on this game with the way it's continued to go. It boggles my mind with how incompetent and inept PGI seem to be. The amount of silly **** they do, time and time again, mucking things up over and over, it's truly baffling and painfully frustrating. It's like they're trying to piss as many people off as much as possible with some of these rediculous decisions. I'm sick and tired of trying to stay ahead of PGI's nerf-curve.

I think it's coming time to take another 6 month break from the game....

Ghost Heating CERML to 4 would do the same thing without "running a little hot" thing.

Well its only fair that they nerf the IS ERLL's burn time, because they nerfed the CERLL. Now you know how it feels to have a heavy handed nerf put on you that was never mentioned or talked about. As for the ERLL nerf itself I am sorry IS pilots it wasn't needed but too many people complained about how out of line the CERLL was now to the IS version. Again IS pilots who ues ERLL I am sorry you got shafted, it would of been easier to just unnerve the CERLL but PGI doesn't remove nerfs, even if they promise to.

If have lots of E hardpoints and overheat a lot you can use the old, tried and tested method of: remove laser, add DHS.
Also, what you have here is classic sensory adaptation. If you hadn't played the Clan mechs and someone gave you the raw numbers you'd see how far from balanced the Clan tech is.

Clan mechs will still be stronger, even with laser boating builds. You honestly have little reason to think that the lasers were overnerfed.

The patch continous just what PGI intends over the last month.

Selling slightly overpowered clan-mechs for real money.
After they sold enough they nerv them (and also other (IS) mechs) with the sledgehammer.
But then comes the solution!!!
"Buy our great new weapon modules to re-buff them again."
"And - by the way - please buy it for each single weapon and each single mech."

But to be honest, thats what we bought with the new free-to-pay game mechanics.
Nothing whats good and wothfull can be free of costs.
The result are games much more expensive (if you dont have the time to play and grind all day) then gaming ever was.

Ok, anyone compared weapons modules with recent lasers nerfs?
E.g. old range reduced for xx%, with module 5 will be reduced to yy % regarding old value.

I and many others have already said clans lasers are of need to be toned down but heat was not the way. .. damage was how it should have been nerf.... Clans are already running hot now most build will be running way to hot.... Not fun do not wanna.... .Damage on cerll should have been brought down to 10 from 11.5 cerml from 7 to 6...what ****** thinks heat is fun?????

Hell even doing some unnerfing of some IS tech.

So no i will not just suck it up there are better ways of going about balancing this game then what PGI has don that sucks the fun out of this game.

YES!

They do this time and time again - implement nerfs or stupid game mechanics, then release new modules to "unnerf" or fix stupidity. LRMs causing seizure-inducing cockpit shake? Here's a module to reduce it. Having trouble with your 50ft mech walking up a 10 degree slope or over a tree stump? Here's a module to resolve that. Legs falling apart after it jumps down a set of stairs? Here's a module to make your legs stronger. Now finding your clan lasers can't shoot further than you can hurl a dead cat? Here's a set of modules that could make em shoot further (provided you're an individual of average strength and can't hurl a dead cat TOO far).

Just waiting for a JJ mod to improve JJ thrust somehow....

Actually, the 6,000,000 CB Hillclimb module doesn't do anything to improve hill climbing, you still get stuck on crappy map geometry and props just the same as without it.

Sell new things + 10 % overpowered,
nerf - 20 %,
sell buffs + 10 %,
double income on same products.

I am selling most of my mechs, dont need them so many... nerfed...
Really.. I am tired...more real money for me.
