I just started to take action captures and I honestly thought I had something set wrong, but reading through this seems to be a bug that has been causing an issue. There has to be a way to disable Post AA. You have spent a lot of time in making very nice looking mechs, please let us get nice photos of them. :D

BTW, some documentation on what actually works when in user.cfg would be nice. There is no point in looking for CryEngine tweaks when most will not work/will work randomly.

This would be awesome to know!

It sure would be nice to be able to stop the ghosting once and for all.

The funny thing is, you have to disable the freaking PostAA every time you drop into a match...

Lordred you probably want to bump a little less, since I'm pretty sure that's a forum rules violation

I will say, thanks for digging into the issue which afflicts us low-end system users as well.

I have contacted support and forwarded the data to them, as well as directed them to this thread for any aditional info.

Not only do I get that effect, but I get a huge performance hit when I do. Noticeable drop in FPS.

I get that nasty blurring of moving objects thing. I've only started noticing it because of these threads. DAMN THESE THREADS.

But seriously, I get a drop in FPS, it would be helpful to actually disable Post AA and get an official response on this issue.

I find it odd that something as well documented as this has gone two full weeks with no response from development/mods, in the Feedback section no less.

Two full weeks posted for me, but yes, much longer if you go off the time stamps for my conversation with Matthew Craig.

I'm with you Lordred. For a game with great looking mechs, these post AA issues make them look "fugly". I stopped taking screenshots because of them. I hope they fix them soon.

I've had this problem since closed beta.

Here, it's occurring in the explosion.

I always thought Motion Blur was stuck on, but that's not the case.

When it was at its absolute worst: Early EARLY closed beta.

Every. Single. Motion.
The lag and such is entirely caused by it.
Back then I thought it was motion blur (which was 'off' btw).

It happens frequently to me too.
But not always. Above all in forest colony...
