Btw this is kinda silly to be restricted to only 4 man. They couldve say 3-5 ppl in a group in order to participate into the challenge

Just for reference there are a LOT of people dropping on Comstar NA and NGNG servers. That's your easiest best for a lance.

Comstar, NGNG, etc. teamspeaks have lots of lances going, with "looking for group" rooms available. You'll find friendly team mates there quickly, even without voicecoms:
