so Friday afternoon I purchased a clan package via paypal, before 4 PM PST, I have my reciept from paypal.. yet I still have no clan package on my account.. I just submitted my 4th Support ticket and still recieving no responce from PGI, is it safe to say you no longer support MWO players ?? at the very least refund my money..

THey couldn't have responded till monday at the earliest. Give them a little time. the Extra tickets not only don't help, but make life harder for the support staff for the next person having problems.

Customer/Technical support staff were just recently moved to PGI's offices from IGP's (the game's, up until very recently, publisher). As such, they have a bit of a back-log to get through.

Have some patience, man. They'll do right by you.

Clan packs are only injected into a user's account at certain times and only during the work week IIRC.
