Hey everyone! Thanks for the warm welcome, we're glad to be on board. Figured this thread would be as good a spot as any to make my inaugural post. As a Technical Support Representative here at PGI I've been spending most of my time going through our support backlog with a specific focus on resolving the more technically-oriented support tickets that are waiting on a response. If one of these tickets belongs to you and you're wondering when you'll hear back, don't fret - I'm on it!
