I did have issues with what Russ had to say in regards to the bonus clan mech for buying both of the clan packs which I think is a big slap in the face to the people who have supported the game through the Founders and Phoenix packages and many thanks to Phil "Sean Lang" for trying to make that point and getting no response.
Russ himself said that the last clan package only made 3/4 of what the Founders packs did and the founders was only $120 from what I remember so based on dollar wise you are talking about double the number of people who were supporting the game in its infancy. We will have to wait and see but the founders mechs aren't even that viable in the game much these days.
I also disagree with Russ' statements on c-bills, people aren't using their premium time because they have such huge chunks banked and don't want to activate months worth of premium time. Having it in month blocks will help but c-bill rewards are to low, I understand the game needs to make money but it really makes customization difficult. Thank god for smurfy's.

I've been in Town Halls and normally they provide an agenda, set a fixed time, state what they will cover, cover it, then re-cap, and finally have a Question and Answer session with time permitting.
