I was worried for the griffin hero but that looks good!

but since most griffins favor the right side it might be kinda op (for griffins thou not in general)

edit: I looked on sarna and this is a canon hero mech! sweet!

**** yeah. The main problem with the Griffin is that losing one side disarms most variants completely. This trades missile hardpoints for the ability to always be fighting when half dead.
