11K gxp, 3million later, yes, I know that.
tested in caustic as well.
cool down reduced from 04:30ish to 04:15ish.....a snail might be blinded by those times.....
Good thing they didn't call them COOLDOWN modules, or something

Har! That nomenclature is so obviously confusing when heat/coolness is part of the game.
"Cooldown timers." They should have renamed it outwardly as "firing frequency" or "firing delay" or something.
edit: and yeah, it's 2.2% better cooldown per level; which mostly only matters if you're in a position to just keep spamming the weapon at something.
edit2, numbers, decimals~

I prefer the term "cycle time".

That either of the three suggestions by the previous posters would have been EXCELLENT vs. "cooldown" module, LOL, silly me
ACTUALLY.....its worse than being called a cooldown module.......as the cycle times are FASTER/SHORTER, you fire the chain fire lasers faster, creating MORE heat........f'ing brilliant.

They just wanted to add a quicker fire time so you spend money on their cool shot modules.
Because the only thing to counter high heat at this time is cool shots.
