Well, I am ambivalent about PGI.

Just one very salient fact:
PGI's history with MWO, to those who have seen it unfold, makes it really really hard not to buy into all the negativity. Whether it is justified or not.

And trying to tap into a market that is already being dominated by two players, who are actively developing already. I mean, really. Trust is a fragile commodity.

This. Coming into a heavily saturated market at the peak of saturation doesn't seem like the best plan. I think most people who might have gone with Transverse probably already backed one of the current honchos.

Personally, I'm not pledging because MW:O hasn't delivered yet. I'm not paying for a second unfinished project, especially seeing how this game unfolded.

Come on, transverse is a joke. Combat is a stretch goal, for heaven's sake.

If they raise $1 million, they'll implement space flight.
For $1.5, ship construction.
Not until $2 million will they implement combat.

I think I'll have to repeat that, because it's so mindboggling: Combat is a stretch goal.

They just jump onto the space sim hype train to cash in easy money. That is all that is done by this company. Making promises and selling golden spaceships.
