Imo, JJ mechanics were always broken. I would neither have these JJs, nor those pre nerf. Broken mechanics that promotes poptarting.

Totall rework of JJs, into something they were in MWLL.

HGN needs buff. Useless mech. Victor could use slight buff, but totally not in its movement. People whos got waht it takes, can use the victors efficiently np, with its postnerf movement stats.
