At least I can confirm that getting both Top Tier of Wave 1 and 2 does register you as having a Mad Dog.
Now, I just have to wait.

If you want to know whether you have the 100 matches:

Profile > Stats > Challenges.

I dunno if this has been stated or not yet, but your answer is right there.

Or for the lazy, here.

Someone should add/sticky this information to the first page, as this is a frequent question.

The only mech in this "appreciation program" that gets all 3 variants is the Vulture. Everything else is just 1 mech (this includes the King Crab).

The King Crab will most likely get its Primary variant (the 000 according to sarna)... although it hasn't been said what variants would be factored in.

How can you tell if you pre-ordered a package? I bought the phoenix overlord package but can't remember if it was pre-ordered. Anyone know what date the pre-oders stopped for the phoenix? Then I could just look up my payment records and see for myself if I'm getting the king crab.

Russ, if you bother reading this, how about extending this to the folks who were here, throwing money at your as-yet-unplayed game at the beginning? The fact that I have not played your game recently has nothing to do with the amount of money I have spent on it, which is more than most players I know who are still playing...just like many other Founders.

yes...but....really... it's been an entire year, Aethon. I've done over 400 matches in the last six months alone, if you wanted the stuff....you shoulda been playing. that simple.

I will be sad if we only get the 1 king crab and not all 3 variants with 1 being special.... I think it should be like that since it should be the Founders / Phoenix version of their mad dog for getting a top tier package =s

You don't need to "PRE" order a pack to be eligible. All packs count as "pre-order-packs" and the FAQ even speak of "purchased a pack" instead of preordered one.

See it as a Bonus for the ones that DID play.
As you did not play, you get the other bonus items, but not the one for playing.
There are A LOT of bonus items/mechs and only one of them is for actually playing 100 matches.
And why would you want a free mechbay if you don't play at all, anyway?
