Unless you're talking about the "a la carte" pre-order covered in this FAQ (psst, it's comes at the end of September), then I think we missed the point. The purpose of a "pre-order package" is to provide early funding to the game developer. As a reward for supporting the game before any tangible benefits are provide the game developers allow these faithful supporter exclusive playtime on the products they supported. This is why you can't buy Mad Dogs and Hellbringers for MC immediately.

Additionally, if you look at the release schedule even early backers, such as myself, will not have all the mechs at release. Every 2 weeks a new mech will be delivered to early backers and once we finally have all our mechs then they start going on sale to everyone else the very same week. This seems ENTIRELY fair in exchange for my money now.

Yes, I assume it was a translation thing.

I think we're meant to be seeing some A La Carte options in the next few days so you can just buy your Hellbringer.
Otherwise, everything will be released by the end of January at the latest (though I think the Hellbringer is before that, probably Dec), so that absolute longest to wait for C-Bills will be 4ish months (slightly less for MC).

The only thing you won't get buying it for MC/C-Bills is the 30% C-Bill bonus and Invasion skin.

After confirm the payment with Credit Card, i have a window :

Come on PGI! I have never had some problems before, i have contact the support yesterday and have no answers! I have send you an mail right now, on the support.

It's cool to announce the Mad Dog for tuesday if some people just can't pay!!!!


I have buying the Masakari pack with no problems, buying some MCs with no problem, what's the matter for this pack?
I need some informations guys!

It can take a few days.

Yeah i have check my bank account and anything... After each purchase i never receive a confirmation of the payment. So i'm not even sure if i will be sample on my bank account. For tje moment there is nothing.

Sigh, telling me I'll be able to upgrade sometime between now and the end of the month is like the Cable guy saying he'll show up sometime between 8am and 5pm.

It's pretty much an unknown at this point. I have a feeling that the Wave 2 rush that crushed the transaction system didn't help much either on seeing a speedy resolution.

Have also a payment problem... 120$ less on my paypal account and no packs unlocked.
Support just said i shouldnt be worried because i got a payment confirmation so i have paid it and it just take a while (can take up to 4-14 days....wtf) .... great, the question is ... do i get my Mad Dog?

The Gargoyle pack is 4 chassis (plus 2 standard variants each) for 120$, while the Masakari pack was 8 chassis plus standard variants for 240$, exactly the double. If you could buy 16 'Mechs, you should pay that 480$ i suppose

I have two questions that I may be dumb for not being able to figure out the answers to:

1) Will there be a la carte packages for the wave two mechs as there were for the first wave, or are we stuck with just the packages?

2) Is the MC/CBill release schedule for the wave two mechs published yet?

I was having a heck of a time today as well, and it turned out to be (I believe) because the gift card my wife got me was a "domestic only" card - i.e. only usable in the United States. It is the only thing I can think of that could have been causing it.

Regardless, I used that card on a brand new PayPal account - I had never used it before either - and the payment went through the very first try. I logged out of my mwomercs.com account and back in, and it showed on my account.

P.S. I also submitted it to support and have not heard back about it. I am sure they are swamped right now with this new pay system, so just give them some time. You have until the 23rd before you can even get anything, so I would give them until at least Monday to work things out.

The Camo Specs are only unlocked for the mechs in the pack.

Kit Fox plays like a medium though. I know what he is saying. A speedy clan light would be nice. Hopefully they can get MASC sorted out at some stage and get the Fire Moth in.

You're probably right but : I am french and i use a french credit card. So that shouldn't work exactly like your own card. I already have use my credit card to have MCs and the masakari pack before with no problems. After the new credit card system they add to the game, i have buy MCs and it has worked very well.

I think i have made the system bugged because i have try to buy two times in a row the first day, when they should have a big load of payment (24 hours delay before the pack showned has "Owned" in the page)... I have try to buy a third time yesterday and it's at this time that i got the message for contact the support.

For the moment i'm just going to wait for the support to respond to my mails. I will try Paypal if they tell me that it's the only solution... I'm not a huge fan of this system of payment.
