Is the only way i can buy online and i was able to do so for the previous package, i hoped i could do the same for this one.

Update:
The "Update" on the Mad Dog is no longer there, but there is now another line of info below showing:
"We'll be checking on the 23rd of September for who qualifies for the Mad Dog."

Comparing the tonnage of all the Clan mechs, the Summoner and the Gargoyle have less tonage than the other heavy mechs and the Stormcrow.
But the SC only uses 10 DHS while the heavies and the Gargoyle use 12,13,14,15 and 16 DHS using up one ton more each 5ton-heavier tier.

Thanks for the break down. I was hot on the Loki before, but now it looks just sexy.

The upgrade button that was there before never worked though, If you clicked it, it would just show you the info about the mad dog, it never pulled up the option to upgrade your wave 1 pack.

They gave us and eta of sometime before the end of September on the upgrades.

To fair I can only imagine the amount of work that it would take to build something that would detect which A la Carte's someone owned then calculate the the correct amount to be charged, then tie it into the payment system, then have it distribute the right product to the player.

I dont know how it works for you guys.

Ive been trying to pay for the man-o-war pack for 5 days (twice per day) via pay pal and EVERY time it does the same thing. It accepts the pay pal transaction, closes the popup window, then says "the page is unavailable, try again". Nothing shows up on paypal nor on the preorders section on my profile and Im getting no reply from the support email I sent 3 days ago.

Am I doing something wrong or does their system just hate me? -.-"

I've bought the Man-O-War package about an hour ago now.
I also had no mail received after I bought it.
Do you guy's also had a long wait before receiving the mail?

The only email I've received is the Paypal confirmation, and a 'thankyou for your purchase' popup.
And I ordered roughly 3 minutes after it went up.
However when I click on the Wave2 page, it shows each pack as 'owned'.

There's also nothing showing up in my profile (whereas with Wave1, it added the 'clan pack' section).
I'm assuming that once they'ved fixed everything else (upgrade paths, etc) it'll be sorted, so by the 23rd (next tuesday) at the latest.

I paid with Paypal last night (~9:30 pm EST). I had no issues. Within 5 minutes I received a PayPal confirmation of payment sent - and check my MWO Stats Preorder Page and confirmed the Pre-order.

Could it be a time of day issue?

On my second attempt I finally got to my Paypal account and confirmed the purchase. However, I never received any follow-up e-mail from Paypal and no "Thank you for your Purchase" Pop-Up, instead the web page just hung up on me in eternal limbo.

My Pre-orders page shows the package as still available, I now waited more than 12 hours. I am hesitant to try a third time as I don't want to get double-billed.

Do you have any similar experiences?

I dont know what made them think it was a good idea to put out wave 2 when they dont have a sure way to purchase it :c

Well, I tried again anyway, however this time using Google Chrome as Browser. The first attempt was with Safari.

This time it worked, I got the "Thank you for your Purchase" pop-up window from MWO as well as the expected Payment confirmation e-mail from Paypal and it does show the deduction in my account correctly. I also can see the new status "ordered" in my MWO forum profile. I didn't make it that far before.

Let's just double-cross fingers I don't get double-billed (or even triple-billed ...OMG).

Very interesting. But no. I'll pass. I have not logged on since July, nerfs, lack of new maps, recurring bad maps have broken my back on this game. Having spent through Project Phoenix, hero mechs, and six of the Clan mechs ala carte, I have spent my last dime on the game. I'm done.

Is anyone else worried about the size of the mist lynx? By lore the thing stands at 10 meters tall! That's almost the size of the stormcrow by lore. I just hope pgi knows what their doing and makes it the size of the firestarter or spider.

MOST Mechs stand ~10 meters tall in the lore.

Contact support. I am sure they are pretty overwhelmed right now, but they have been upgrading wave 1 stuff since it was first released. The "upgrade button" you are looking for is just a web interface to save them work.
