Is my Gargoyle Prime (I) going to be forced to wear Jade Falcon emblems even if I'm representing Ghost Bear in CW? Or are we getting the generic yellow and neon green patterns again?
Also, these faction patterns. Do these only work on the non-prime version, and if I want to use it on a prime version, do I have to purchase a non invasion prime again once they become available? Or since those won't be pre-ordered mechs, I'll never be able to use faction patterns on Prime Variants? So only 8 of the 12 mechs can be used with the Faction Patterns?

It says in the description for the clan Faction content for the Gargoyle Package, that you get the choice of 4 clan contents (out of the choice of 4 means you get all of them). ON top of that regarding the patterns "Clan Patterns for the included mechs". This means you get all patterns for all 12 mechs (plus the pattern for the dissapearing parrot "Polly gone" for all these mechs if you order"ed" on time)

not sure this is correct, if I am assuming correctly, the prime variants are invasion mechs with non changeable camo specs, the clan and polygon camos would only be available on the non-primes. Everywhere I have seen says this:

So I would say no, the preordered primes are invasion primes and are unique in every way
I believe the concept arts are representative of artistic licenses and possibly coordination for the basic default pattern.
Note that the 'regular' versions of the Omnimechs will have a non-changeable Dark Gray color scheme with several changeable highlights that default to Basic Green.
Your Prime's default colors has been (for the Clans) and likely will continue to be the Invasion Orange, Invasion Green, and that's it.
All Prime (I) where the I is for Invasion will have the colors shown above as their defaults, and likely the same general pattern scheme. Invasion mechs will not be able to change patterns. I don't like it either, but PGI reasons this as 1) having them look unique and 2) they have unique pieces of geometry. (Some mechs more than others, for example 'guards', sleeker legs, in the case of the Kitfox a generally sleeker body with sleeker legs. The Adder had a completely different pelvis in addition to other subtle changes.)
You can change the colors.
If you want to change the patterns, you will need to use the non-(I) configs (variants).
I think it'll be nice to have the faction patterns, though. Even if I wish they had taken the Jade Falcon one from Megamek (yellow arms and outer legs, green for the rest) as opposed to a couple of yellow stripes on the shoulders and a yellow belly.
