If you want the Invasion variant with the 30% C-Bill boost, you need to have Masakari (or Gold), PLUS Man O'War collection. Or you can wait for the C-Bill version to come out in January, I think.

Will the Vulture be available any other way than Masakari+Man-O-War? It used to be my favourite mech but I'm not really interested in any of the other Wave 2 mechs apart from perhaps Koshi since I love my lights.

would likely be medallions like the IS have, you would get to choose what clan you get and you will get points when you fight for that clan in the mech you put it in.
