Do i get my money Back for buying the "a la carte"? Say because ill Upgrade too the Collection?
Happy Birthday Bront!
Edit: Wednesday September 17th at 4pm = thats 1 AM at Switzerland, am i right?
Get in touch with support, they will help you out and detail exactly how the upgrade you want works.
From my experience upgrading my Masakari pack to a KFX-Prime(G), you will have to pay the full price for the Masakari package, then they will refund you your Warhawk (and any other a la carte purchases).
PGI, you damn near made my head explode last night. CN9-AH (looks to be great fun), King Crab and two fast clan mechs. Excited does not even begin to describe what I am feeling right now.
Now, Arctic Cheetah in the future please? :3

I have purchased on the Clan War Wave 1 every Mech via the a'la Carte with the exception of the Adder.
You stated earlier in this thread:
Quote
Does that mean I will have the ability to upgrade my account to Masakari without having to spend the $240? As I am only missing one of the Mechs to Order.
It would be great to know as I will be ordering the full Clan Wave 2 Package, and want to be sure that I get the Vulture in the end.
Also, side note, why no Shadow Cat Medium? It to me is an Iconic Clan Mech (First one you got to play actually in MW4).
I feel a little saddened by its lack of inclusion.

I believe so. The reward is up for as long as the wave programs are up. At least that's what the the post says.

1- MASC
2- It's a 3052 mech, as in it was never seen until 3052 during the battle of Luthien.

After this, there is the Fire Moth, the other Assault and what Medium & Heavy left?

The one on Sarna Net has it as 3003.
I thought they were using production dates, I guess I might be mistaken.
I suppose for many of us whom play this game and are not versed in Battletech lore like other are, makes it a bit more daunting.

This is not correct.
Basically if you played 100 matches in the last year you get the active player rewards
If you bought MC ever or have a founders back since they had MC in them which qualifies you get the Centurion
If you bought any package ever, from lowest founders back to lowest clan or a la carte you get the Atlas
If you bought Legendary OR Overlord OR Masakari OR Man O War you get the King Crab
If you bought the Masakari AND Man O War you get the Mad Dog for free Sept 23rd - But it is available for MC and CBills around the turn of the year - details in post.
100 match = Checked
Centurion = Checked
Atlas = Checked
King Crab = Checked
Mad Dog = On it's way almost checked!

Lucky you! For the full list I can't check Mad Dog, as I don't want to buy Warhawk collection. Though I'd probably buy 2nd wave, it dismays me not to get Mad Dog.. It was the most anticipated Clan mech for me (after Warhammer IIc, hehe). Still, I'll pick it up in December, I guess)

No need to apologize.
MASC is a piece of equipment that some mechs have hardwired in them. The equipment allows mechs to run for short periods of time at great speeds. However, that only lasts for a short period of time, if you over load it, the mech's legs lock up.
It's part of the reason why our lights don't go above 180 Kph right now. The net code can't handle mechs moving that fast.
PGI has stated that they will not be releasing any MASC mechs any time soon. Because of the engineering problems related with the system.
For more information:
http://www.sarna.net/wiki/MASC
The wiki is correct, by the way. The Shadow Cat was in full production as early as 3013 (3003 is when they started testing and small scale production). However, the Inner Sphere didn't get to see the mech until 3052 during the battle of Luthien. That is what I meant by my post. Right now, we're experiencing the clan invasion through the IS's eyes, so mechs will get released based on when they are encountered, and whether or not we can implement them into the game.
For example: The Dasher (Fire Moth), has already been encountered by the Inner Sphere. However, because it is a MASC mech. We can't have it in the game right now.

I suppose I will have to wait for a lot of mechs, and given that the cannot include those types of mechs in game for any forseeable future is bit disheartening.
Hopefully they figure out how to work around this 'burst speed' as it is so we can all enjoy the plethora of mechs that were available.
Thank you for at least describing the issue, I have been on these forums since the beginning, but I rarely post because of the knowledge base required, it makes myself(and I am sure many others whom played MW but with no BattleTech Experience) shy away from even attempting to contribute.

Most of us understand I think. A good game requires effort and effort in a capitalist society requires a monetary investment lol thank you for making more cool mechs! (too bad I probably can't afford them right now /cry)
