[Valkyrie Vewas]

Heres my problem with the vulture not being able to be attained unless u have both pack. I have bough 3 mechs a la carte (135 bucks and the uller pack 165 bucks total) then I have to rebuy the MASA pack 240 and the mar o war pack 120 just to get a vulture = Thats 525 BUCKS just so I can get the only mech I give a **** about. That seems really ****** if you ask me. And no they cannot refund me the money because it was paid by me buying Ultimate game cards which they supported. I would of just bought the Masa pack if I would of known the only way I can get the limited edition maddog is that path. I really hope they fix this as in if you want to upgrade you can from the a la carte packs. Or sell the Maddog invasion for MC or whatever.

chck with support: you can UPGRADE your pack. Don't need to buy all again.

Its Vewas aka mechwarrior bloodname anyway last time I tried to upgrade from the a la carte to one of the packs they told me they couldnt do it because I paid in game cards (which I bought over time) and told me I was **** out of luck because they couldnt do a refund......Which I thought at the time was the worst customer service I had gotten from ANY company in some time. Maybe that has changed but if it hasnt thats more then 500 bucks spent just to get my fav mech and tons of **** I dont want nor care for.

No.. The Mad dog (Vulture) will be available by christmas for c-bills they said. Just read about it. Its somewhere in there.

If you took the time to read. They are updating the page so you can upgrade your Ala carte to whatever pack. So you it should still work out the same as e eryoneelse. Contact support, get to your 135 towards the 240, 105 owed then toss on your gargoyle pack. Support going to tell you no if you are trying to upgrade and give them more money? That would be stupid and bad business lol.

Boo freaking hoo! Currently working 14 hours a day and by time I see a day off it will be 21-24 days total on shift and this is a good time, at worse I can put in 20 hours a day and average 5 hours worth of driving each day. Get a towel to cry into. Read below, seems I am not the only one who works their arse off for what they have and are more than happy to tell you to get a damn job in the hours you are not in school.

Reading fail on the thread that Jon of PGI posted, should be a direct upgrade and not having to do refunds. That page will be up in a few days from the sounds of things while they get the bugs worked out. Basically it makes it so CSR's do not have to do the leg work, the backend will.

Also pro tip, do not use stuff like game cards, they are never worth the plastic they are made of. As much as people hate PayPal (I do also, as the fees for a small business are brutal if you do not do volume) it is the easiest way to get things online. Not to mention there is more buyer protection in it than most of the other payment processors out there (other then like CC Bill or others run by the credit card companies).

I like new stuff coming out from dev. it mean dev are keeping the game alive. I had seen too many game come and go too fast just to make a quick buck. Some games are still alive because of the blood and sweat and pure love by the people who make it and play it. I never like my work , who ever does. But If I have a choice to be a dev, I jump in already. My only regret is unable to afford the gold clan mech series as it really too expensive for me. Anyway, I shall buy Clan wave 2 to support the dev. The what a true founder spirit is all about. Keep up the good dev. Hope to see more new develop along the way.

FROM SUPPORT when I was asking if I could just add the thor to my A La Carte pack. Aka return the package I bought and give them more money to add the thor. This is what I got back. Only email I got from them. No hey but we can do this nothing just you used game cards guess your SOL.

The A La Carte system was built this way intentionally. If you buy 6 A La Carte Mechs in 6 different transactions they will be $55 each. If you buy 6 within 1 transaction, then you get the discount. The main purpose behind this is to encourage players to buy a package rather than A La Carte.[/color]

Normally I would gladly refund your purchase so you can select the extra Mech and get that discount, however the payment method used prevents this solution unfortunately.[/color]

I agree with all but the bolded. I really do enjoy my job, not many can say they get to work with a cryogenic fluid/inert gas or say hey! i can make a difference and make things safe for others to do their job

Thats the thing I dont get to wait. The Invasion Maddog will never be on sell for MC or Cbils right I have to SPEND 535 TOTAL DOLLARS TO GET it. I COULD OF BOUGHT A GOLD MADCAT FOR THAT!
