In recent days a number of players have been experiencing issues with non-functional Buy buttons on the Clan Collection purchase page. This issue is the result of the browser not correctly detecting one of our payment processor’s JavaScript files.

While we are currently working on a back-end fix for this issue, affected players should be able to circumvent the problem by clearing their browser cache and restarting their browser.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this issue may have caused. Please be assured that as we continue to reduce our support ticket backlog in the wake of our transition of Support services in-house, a more active communication and rapid response oriented approach to player issues will be of paramount importance.
