That's a very good point, although it does further highlight a distinct drought of IS mechs unless something (or a couple of somethings) are unveiled for October and November.
With CW coming and it's strict IS vs Clans combat, I feel like both factions need flashy exciting content coming, not just the Clans (and the singular but awe-inspiring King Crab)
I am not sure drought is the right term.
Recently we just had the Vindicator release and lets face it, there are 29 different IS mechs already in the game, some of which have 5-6 variants available if you count hero mech variants as well verses only 8 Clan mech chassis (not counting the 5 new ones). Then we already know we are getting the King Crab in the near future as well.
Also if you think about it, with CW coming up and with only 13 Clan mechs available vs 30 (that we know of) IS mechs, seems like they are definitely focused on the right content, which is pushing out as many Clan mechs as possible in order to equalize the number of Clan vs IS mechs available to select.
Now granted, this is coming from someone who is planning on being a Clanner during CW but as much as I like my Timber Wolf, Stormcrow and Kitfox, it is a tad bit boring to have such limited options. Personally I can't wait to see mechs like the Shadowcat and Cauldron-Born become available to pilot.
