you can click the buy button but nothing happens.
sometimes you click buy and an option comes to select either Credit card or Paypal...but clikcing does nothing to it

It may be a browser issue. I used Chrome but it took me a couple of tries to get the purchase to stick. We did hammer the payment system pretty hard today though
Now if they can just get that snazzy little upgrade button working.....................

Yeah Chrome will give you its special little Chrome info box saying your purchase was successful if it goes through. Most of the load should be gone by now, but they did say they're playing a little catch up from the stampede of hungry buyers.

Purchase worked for me on second try and went smoothly trough paypal. But I got no confirmation receipt from PGI on any of my emails. Figures
Moral of the story: don't buy from the website until they actually fix it (but didn't expect it to be bugged in the first place, so what the hell), we should have time until the 22nd to get the Mad Dog on the first day at the very least.

Tried the paypal option twice now and both times after clicking to pay now the page just sits there with a "This page is currently unavailable, please try" message and the page locks up. Checking my paypal account shows no purchases from PGI so I am guessing it isn't sending the payment. I am using firefox and in the past that hasn't been a problem, not sure what to do really.

wait till mid morning, give them time to get things working correctly again. The servers got hit pretty hard today and are most likely giving the poor hamster fits.
