If a mech shuts down from overheat, and the pilot presses "P" in a hurry to power back up, the mech should not power up, then power down. The cycle should complete itself and void any power-up/down commands post restart. It doesn't happen often to me, since I am an avid user of the "override" fuction, but every now and then, I force a re-power up but am instead welcomed by a second power down upon restart. Very aggravating!

Don't press P. Your mech will power back up when it is able.
