I purchased a kit fox clan pack a few weeks ago (did not pre-order). Will I be getting the new atlas or will I need to purchase a wave 2 pack?

Good question, the "pre-sale" program package does hint at a no.

The "until Sept 23rd" wording may indicate that yes, you would. Would be nice to see clarification, though.

AS7-S A very basic FedCom upgrade of the standard Atlas introduced in 3050, the S model removed five heat sinks from the design, upgrading the rest to Double Heat Sinks. The weight savings are used to add two rear firing Coventry T4H Streak SRM-2 launchers, giving the Atlas increased protection in its rear arc of fire.

otherwise we have 2 launcher hardpoints unusable.

Same as the 2 rear mounted MLs on many Atlai; front mounted.

SRM24+A+AC20+4MLs will be....pretty nasty.

Yes but I did not buy a pre-sale package. I purchased a clan package *after* the pre-sale was over

I asked the question to Russ 3 times to be sure his answer was crystal clear for everyone. If you purchase a package, any package, at anytime, you DO get the Atlas. Even if those mechs are already available and the pre-sale is over. Such as someone purchasing a Clan Wave One package today, they would get the Atlas as a "Pre-Sale" Reward.

The answer to my original post is yes, buying a wave 1 package now will indeed give you the Atlas S.

Yup, any level of pre-purchase and a-la-carte. The only big restriction is Sept. 23rd cut-off date.

If you ordered something before september 23rd, you get the atlas.

If not, you don't get it.
