Includes (F), (I), (S), (P), and what ever the wave II ones will have. My guess would be (II). I have 19 of these mechs cluttering up my mech bay. I payed good money for these mechs so I should be able to sell them for cbills. I am even OK with the standard mech rates. Even though all of these mechs have some kind of bonus so they should be worth more I am will to swallow the huge cbill loss. What does everyone else think?

I think it is there to prevent people from selling them on accident, knowing that they can never get them back again.
