As any good Lyran would have - I shorted ( http://en.wikipedia..../Short_(finance) ) the original company's stock that crossed these two breeds just hours before Lustrix' official announcement... profit, vested self interest, and caveat emptor - the three pillars of Success!

...and then I'll buy the competitor's stock at the new low price just after Lustrix' initial successes at approximating the successful crossbreeding but before COMSTOCK's tragic transloading catastrophe in orbit above Lustix' primary R&D facility... so sad, such a tragic loss of life that will be!!!

agent Von Putz's offical statement as an operative of the 'shady-chic' organization known as PWETA

"we here at People Who Eat Tasty Animals approve of this blending of the familar, and the fantastic. it actually tastes kind of like you'd expect what pork and beef genetically engineered to be one animal would taste like.
in other words: really (redacted) tasty.
stay tasty animals."

(in an unrelated note, the 'secret sauce' at Salad Palace is revealed to be a surprising animal byproduct not the 'synthetic meat substitute derivative' that it said it was at a press conference..news at 11, but with a warning: the secret of the not-so-secret sauce is graphic and mildly disturbing. we at PWETA are in no way responsible for you boycotting eating at Salad Palace, eating disorders, or spontaneous vomiting.
you have been warned.
