Greetings mighty Warriors.

I am a native (PR)Chinese fun for MechWarrior & MechCommander series games. Unfortunately I missed the first open test, but now here I am. Been pushing myself hard to join the rank of elite of great House Liao, althought troubled by 350+ ping. Got my Jenner7F a while ago.
The game has been fun and exciting, except for some bug which are really frustrating. But thats why they put it online for open beta. ╮(╯▽╰)╭

Since I'm new here i hope you can stand with some noob questions from me? I really want

1) What condition shall i meet to join a faction? And a guild/company/unit?
2) Network between mainland China and MWO server is not as steady as I expected sometimes. Are there any plan for a CN server? or some Korea/SEA region server? I think most of us can get to SG server in 150ms ping.
3) I'd say i love sniping, but laser more appealing than ballistic/ppc cuz my ping. Which variant of Dragon shall i go for next? Any good builds?
