Is it just me or are the Summoner arms seriously bugged?

In that they continuallly point upward even when the pilot is looking and shooting downward. I saw a few instances where we're talking like a 45 degree angle where the beam is heading out from the end of the arm (beam going down, arms facing up).

I tried thru several matches to get a good screenshot but just could never get that 3/4 position while the pilot does his thing. And it doesn't always occur. But it happens enough to notice.

Also sometimes it seems like the two arms aren't aligned, and that one is stuck canted upward.

Definitely needs a modelling pass to take a look.

I've noticed this once or twice.

I think that left arm tends keep point up on an angle like that.

Yes, I noticed this. It's always angled up.

I can't stop staring at both of the arms when a Summoner runs by. Both of its arms aim up in the air like its trying to be a cowboy. Even funnier to watch it shoot lasers and have them come out at 45 degree angles from the area they should be shooting from. Plus if you jump jet in the sky and turn around, the arms point down at your feet.

Seek medical attention if it last for more than three hours...

Yeah, you see what I did there...

Also, if you say have no lower actuator in one arm and the other has one, both arms function as though they have them.

what does having no lower arm actuator have to do with the arms stuck like they have an erection?

Oh - you're talking about a separate bug... aheh

Animation issues. Possibly intentional because it simulates this...but awkwardly.

But yeah it causes a number of issues (including making the arms easier to hit...as if that was necessary. <_< ).

Seeing as I'm normally in the cockpit of the only one on my team, can't say I've noticed this. Although it does explain why my arms are always first to go. I thought I was getting good at twisting properly but it seems not... :(
