I've sent literally dozens of bug reports, and usually only ever receive the automated reply or the "this is a known issue" before receiving a ticket notifying the closure of the ticket. This usually all happens under a week.
What type of support ticket were you sending?

Ditto here.
Noticed my Premium time got activated, don't want activated (I still have 6 months of purchased time to go, and wanted to hold onto the unactivated premium time).
Sent a ticket....nothing.
Guess they are planning on waiting for February 22, 2015 when my 1 year premium time purchase runs out to tell me they cant reverse my premium time activation as I have used it.

not bug reports...these are tickets which require them to do something for me.
