Activate Banked Premium Time: 1 Month At A Time!

I would appreciate the option of this being shut off (even just a one time thing for anyone with over 30 days enabled). I can't see any circumstance where this would not be easily accomplished (if it isn't already part of their back end now). I'm guessing it's a "matter of principle" to cover a lack of manpower, which is a pretty crappy approach to customer service. My service request on the issue is dated Sept. 29th and still has yet to receive anything other than an automated or canned response.

Nope. If it's started it's too late.
I accidentally activated a full 400 days of premium time, remembering about this announcement but never having seen that it must be done on the website.
I sent messages to support the same day. A few days later I got some condolences and some additional premium time, but the stuff I activated is ticking away.

30 days really is quite generous when compared to other subscriptions.

If I plan on just playing a lot during an event, I'll just purchase 3 days P time, and leave my banked time alone. During the Tukayyid event, I did unlock 30 days.

I don't give PGI real money any more, so, when my premium time is gone, that's it and I grind on.

True, but there are phone companies that give you "Rollover" because they surmised that doing something different would make their customers happy/draw new ones in.
PGI has their sales figures so they're the ones in a position to decide what they do and don't need to do. All I know is I will never buy premium time the way it's currently structured because I can't predict well enough what's going to happen to my schedule. I know I don't get to play as much as I'd like. I can only imagine how frustrated I'd be knowing in the back of my mind "my premium time is slipping through my fingers as we speak."
I'd like to see "Duration Boosts" and "Per Win Boosts" like League of Legends offers.
Edit:
Also some cable companies don't require a contract and if you cancel mid-month, they'll issue you a pro-rated refund.
