This event is so far below meh it is not even worth getting out of bed for. Getting slaughtered for 5 to 6 games in a row in 2 mins is not the way I want to spend the weekend.
Put another way: Noobs and average players pass on the left, have a RL barbecue.

Edit: Last time I looked wispsy was round 13th in the mediums clan, so ...

1 Kill + 8 Assist + 450 DMG/15 = 130
I have done that once in my whole career in MWO. Like EVER.

PGI's fault?. Why do they need to write an in depth explanation of what team damage is. By use of common sense, you will always notice your team damage is almost always nowhere near the damage done. So you can conclude it is only when you damage your team. I think almost everybody figured that out.

I'm still confused by why there needs to be 2 near identical formulae. Can someone confirm it wasn't a typo?

I'm getting a few 130+ by first formula, but falling short by second formula.

Is there a way to see your scores from each match? Or just the grand total of (up to) 10 best games?

The sad thing... the same trick to get a shot at the 500k c-bills is learning how to farm in this game.

The threshold might be too high... but if you learn to "farm" in this game, you'll collect lots of money in the process...

you only get 10x500 if you have exactly 10 match es with 130 score (which is near to impossible)
if you had a match with more than 130 then you had a match with less than 130.! (to get a 1300 score)

True - but since it only counts the top 10 matches you have a pretty good idea.

Anyways - from what math I have been doing, my scores are pretty near 130 for the ones that qualify.
(Absolute best so far has been ~160) so it is probably fairly close. at least.

It doesn't work like that anymore. You have to stick around to collect the actual assist when you die, before the assist is granted to you. If you have a garbage game (like insta-one shot), sticking around does you not good financially. If you hit everything, you actually have to wait til the match is over.

It's a bit more. If you win, you actually get 150 pts as a base (20 pts per win), but not for the purposes of the money. It is possible to collect 1300 pts, but NOT get the 20 matches to claim all 10m C-bills.

It's not cumulative... the scoring is PER match. You score the 130 pts AND win, or the match doesn't count.
Edit: The tourney will count all matches... it's the 500k per "good match"/10m reward is very particular in how you win.

They don't. All Niko has to do is change two words in the formula into two other words that convey the proper meaning the first time people see it. That's what my common sense tells me, anyway.

I see what you mean, but I'm not really sure how to make a challenge that doesn't require your team to win. And 130 points isn't that hard to achieve in 10 matches, really. 1 kill, 8 assists and 500 dmg. If you just want the money ASAP, an LRM boat should be able to do this rather easily.
