Howdy folks, I'm a old battletech player from way back and a recovering Fedrat now firmly in the FRR camp. Recently came back to the game and looking to make friends and influence people. Looking forward to beating back the clanners with ya!

Thanks for the information. I've been sick and haven't dragged myself to the forums much. Without sounding like too big an ass I'm wary of joining any organized unit. I like the idea I just don't like the commitment. I want to be able to log on everyday for weeks then put it down for a month or two without playing. Understandably most clans/guilds/units aren't really looking for folks like that. I'm honestly just trying to find friends to make little pieces out of big pieces with when the mood strikes me.

I don't think any of the FRR groups would turn you away for wanting to play casually. Most of our membership, and MWO's for that matter, is made up of casual players. Whether or not you'd like to put a unit tag in front of your name, you're always welcome to join in for some drops on the FRR TS3 hub.
