Cases plus fans keep coming up ~$67; I saved all'a $48 by sticking with air cooling, as a Corsair H80i GT seemed like a minimum, and that air cooler is a challenge to find, what with the board layout you will see with this socket; I went with the ATI card 'cause I had a feeling about the buy-in cost: ~155W less for a GTX 970 might cut the PSU price in half, but was still $40 more, for less card.
65.8A out'a 70.8 on da' 12V rail, assuming a 4.7GHz/ 1.32V OC; And I'm spoiled rotten by the prices I see with smaller models …

Or you could spend $30 more on the cross-flow PNYs and stick them in PCI-Es' #2 and #4 of the mobo, so the CPU cooler doesn't even come close to touching the back of the first card.
Yes: The case has 8 slots for BS like this.
No: I didn't think of it sooner.
It's worse: I've just the last slot is only ever live for the CPUs bigger then i7-5820K, and it's only implied slot three will work if slot two is empty.
So: You can change the CPU cooler to something way smaller (see the RAM slots, fore and aft?) which would be bad for overclocking; You could spring for the bigger CPU ($$$); You could spring for an h80i GT or something.

Did my best not to increase the cost, (because if you could you would already right)

I made a WAG as to your fan count: 37.2A out'a 43 on the 12V rail.
Wait: 'Cause the calculater I use doesn't know what a GTX 960 is, and I assumed an overclock, and 5 LED 120mm fans, you could probably trim $10 and go with the 430W model of the X't line …

All about out-smarting myself, today.
I wanted to use a Cooler Master Elite 361, 'cause there are no AM3+ mobos smaller then ATX, but that case is just pants for cooling, so here we are, spending real money for a "compact."
I don't really know which way to move air in this case: The closed loop goes up front, obviously, but having that blow in would seem bad for the all-important VRM cooling; If the loop blows out, then the 200mm blows down, which should be good for the VRM, but probably makes back presser in the card. You can recycle one of the displaced front fans to the rear, for free, but the SpotCool is probably redundant if the 200 blows down.
Maybe all the fans blow in, and you just let air leak out the sides … despite the video card.
And about that 200mm fan: It'll be lowd if you don't throttle it on a mobo header; You could save ~$2 for a LED 200, or spend ~$2 extra for the LED-free version, both of which could be set to run WFO at only ~19dBa, but I was thinking about them VRMs, again …
All part of the fun'n chalange of building AMD.
Aaaaannnnyways: 58.9A out'a 62 on the 12V rail(s) …

OK, OK: You could drop the PSU to an EVGA 600 Bronze Plus and save $10; You could drop the card to a 270, as in "non-X," and save another $10; And you could skip one of the two Cooler Master fans and save $5.
Big whoop …
