The Ork problem solving goes, "Needs more DAKKA!"
The Shoota Boyz say "dakkadakkadakka" while they unload.

In Warhammer 40k Orks used to be able to purchase an upgrade called "More Dakka" which gave them an extra shot per turn*. In early editions of the game this upgrade had the potential to be absurdly overpowered (as it could be applied to ANY model or weapon) leading to "_____ needs more dakka" becoming something of a meme / catch-phrase among Ork players and the 40K community at large.
*Now only certain characters (Flash Gitz) can have it and the can only use it with thier personal weapons.

I find I like dual AC5s and dual AC2s on my Jagermech (and apparently on my Banshee 3E). Works well for me. (I even use a quad AC2 mech, and it works well, but not as nicely as the dual AC5 Dual AC2s have been.)

I think it already has ghost heat, does it not? Especially considering 4 of them with the double tap?
My King Crab I intend to have (hard points permitting of course), 2 AC5s, 2 AC2s, LRM15 (or there abouts), TAG and maybe a LL if there is still room... (Or left nearly stock, or Stock+.)

Right now IS AC/2 and AC/20 are the only ones with ghost heat.
Clan UACs 2 through 20, ACs 2 through 20 are all pummeled with ghost heat.
Which is hilarious because while an IS UAC/5 can dish out 10 damage in 0.2 seconds (fastest possible rate), a Clan UAC/5 requires 0.75 seconds to pump out the 6 rounds necessary at 1.67 damage (rounded up from the actual number) to deal 10 damage. (Firing rate of 0.15 seconds between each projectile in the pattern: 0, 0.15, 0.3, 0.45, 0.6, 0.75).
Though at the moment the IS lacks a mech that can carry more than 4 UAC/5s and the one that can wields only 192 armor when carrying it and enough ammo to function (Jagermech S or DD).
But while the Clan UAC/5s need 6 shots per UAC/5 to deal 10 damage with a burst-length of 0.75 seconds minimum and 4 UAC/5s double tapping to deal 40 damage... It is ready to fire a new cycle in 0.3 (the original burst length where cooldown begins) + 1.66 = 1.96 seconds to fire again (without elite unlock "Fast Fire".)
the IS UAC/5 needs only 2 shots per UAC/5 to deal 10 damage and 4 UAC/5s double tapping with a minimum firing time of 0.2 seconds. This only requires 1.66 seconds to repeat (again without elite unlock fast fire).
The IS UAC/5 is hands down the superior weapon in every aspect except weight and slots, but most Clan mechs don't have as many slots available as an IS mech normally would.
Nor as much potential weight given the flexibility we have with engines for the IS.
Then again thankfully they fixed this bug. Which is why holding now allows you to fire without jams (with standard fire) and tapping lets you double shoot (with ultra mode / double tap).
(minor language warning.) There's a triple shot in a single cooldown (15 damage for a double tap per UAC/5 for 30 damage).
That's an excerpt from this video where a Blackjack does lots of evil things to other players. Nothing like standing buddy buddy with an enemy while shooting all his friends before taking him out.
