It won't be on the Pheonix variant "bike racks" because that would be pay-to-win. It would have to apply equally to C-bill variants to be fair.

I was thinking of the plating that's added to the Locust 1V's arms or how the Thunderbolts and Griffins have those shoulder plates that visibly stick out from the arms for example.
At any rate it'll be a minor quirk anyway, if it would be considered for mechs that have those sorts of geometry.
