I stupidly did this and is been a week, since not only myself but my corp leader, has asked that this be made right. Yet, my tickets dont show up or any anwser. Not happy, to say the least!

I accidentally left my AC on while on a week vacation. Power company still hasn't sent me a refund, let alone replied to my communications.......

Donations should be reversible within a 1 hour window, provided funds still exist in the unit coffers.

My only suggestion is to submit a ticket to support, and maybe PM Russ or the GM that's supposed to handle that.

Don't donate in large quantities. The extra '0' is what gets you.

I sent 2 tickets right after, and my merc corp leader also send one same night. I waited till yesterday to send a third (a week later), felt that wasnt enough so I posted here to get riddiculed but put it out here.

PGI has a backlog of support stuff to resolve (they did fix the built-in forum support feature recently) and they are still possibly behind on the tools for their GMs to handle these things.

I wish I could tell you something more positive or useful, but it is what it is.

even 10 million was a stupid arse amount to contribute to a group especially since it was made abundantly clear that even the Devs said NOT to put money into units yet.

Yes, they made them available, and having that function available when even they said don't put money into it is kinda stupid, but it's there, people made posts about it, the Devs said not to do anything.

Evidently you doubled down on "stupid".

Hopefully they will fix it for you, but don't be blaming them for your own stupidity.

Why are you donating even 10 million when there isn't even an ingame reason to use the coffers. What if it's an extended wait issue like the command unit?

This seems like a big let the buyer beware type deal, and I am sorry for your loss though it wasn't necessary.

(Edit: Transfers are one way. Imagine if support had to deal with this issue for every player that comes along. Figuring who added properly and who did not? Internal unit conflicts and drama? In my Clan I've restricted new user from even considering donating for the first month of membership and apart from adding to the coffers myself I have been active in dissuading my members from donating... )
