Logged in last night.... lots rubberbanding going on in 90% of my matches! Like I got sent back to a few weeks ago. Was asking some other players in the solo/group queue, a few were seeing the same thing.
Nothing else changed on my PC, was working fine the night before after Tuesday's patch.
