Anyone plan on using this got MWO? I am trying to get my hands on one, but I don't want to actually buy the game, just the controller, with the foot pedals.

For those wondering what it is... here it is.

Using this website you can set your controller up anyway you want to.

THat's pretty amusing, but I'm pretty sure those are collector's items. Good luck finding one for less than a couple C's.

First, please use the search function. This is a dead horse.
Second those cost 500+ and you needs special software. At the moment they only work well for Win 7 64bit.
Go to the HARDWARE section and look at the artemis and the Mek-fu..

Enjoy your stay.

And yes, nearly every question asked has been asked already. Search function is god here.

Artemis is doesn't have what I am looking for. Looks like it is going to be gimmicky, and I do not like the throttle at all. They should go with a better HOTS approach instead of this plasticy little lever.

Also, you can get the SB controller (minus the pedals) for roughly $120.

^^ This, I was about to post that myself but you beat me to it. Hit up your local Vintage Stock stores. online prices are retardiculus but VS actually carries it much cheaper, i think I got mine with the game, complete controller with pedals and even in original box for less than 200. I used it for MW3 and MW4 and once you get some labels to set up your keys so you can remember, it freaking rocks, even if its a little gimmiky.

*EDIT* and also, its a pretty fun game in its own right. you will definately be able to get your mech kicks off of it if you have an old xbox lying around (or just get one from Vintage Stock while your there lol)

I have a 360, but not the first xbox. After looking around, I decided that going with the G940 from logitech might be a better choice for the money, but it doesn't have that feel you know. That is what was so appealing about the SB sticks, it had that mech feeling. Maybe I will get the G940 and make a base mod and give it that feel.

Well the last one I sold went for $546.60 + shipping. Thats why I said over 500.
I think mek-fu would be more your likeing.
They'll be shipping Q1 2013.

I have little to no interest in making my gaming experience more complicated than it needs to be.

I am guessing it is going to be roughly $200-250 I can't wait, but what will I do for the 6 months between MWO release and the mek-fu release... dang I am excited and sad all at the same time.

Thank you for this post! This was everything I needed to get my SB controller set up!
Apparently my next steps are..

Manually altering some user files to adjust the dead zone.
Retooling the controls to suit my needs.
Waiting for "Z" axis (turning) to support analog devices.
