Does the group size matter? Ex: Do I have to drop in a group of exactly four people?

Umm anyone never notice these are the same point values as the last several (about 5 or so) challenges minus wins dropped by 1 point? Kind of odd ppl now make a deal to point it out while it's already been there o.O

Working for me OK. I played 4 matches and have 26 points. That was in an Ember with Cap Accelerator module. I didn't even get a kill. ;)

No, this is not a lance challenge. It's an individual challenge, so grouped 2-12 or solo, it doesn't matter.

Keep these challenges coming PGI. Gives me a genuine incentive to play (just as I was going to take a break until Wave II comes out).

I was just wondering how to keep track of the points score and then I found it by using my brain. In case anyone was wondering it's here https://mwomercs.com...type=challenges

This is interesting. I appreciate the splitting it into days, though it does kind of put me off that I can't power grind through them anymore. A way of controlling that, I suppose.

Premium time activated, but I have a month instead of a day?

I pre-ordered Wave 2 but thought that would bank instead of activating. I don't have any other time other than banked, and I haven't activated any.

200 points seems steep, and it seems like we should get points for some other things, like cap assists and even 1 point for a loss.

The whole "kill" thing is a red herring. Very rarely does 1 single mech burn down another in 1 to 1 combat. Most kills come b/c someone else or a group of others have pounded that mech to paper. A lucky lrm 5 hit takes out the mech to get the "Kill." The rewards are set up to promote team work, and if you happen to get the kill, you get a 1 point bonus.

Now if this was a Solaris style group tourney, then kills should be worth more, but it isn't.

Why do you guys always come up with these "events" once we spent our premium time?
Seriously, besides the fact that it drags the least teamkilling roach from behind its TV these "exciting" events just really are a waste of premium time if you want to level some chassis.
At least you could have the decency to stop chargin premium during the "challenges" so we can use the old mastered chassis without regretting to have wasted yet another 3 DAYS on just bad matches with just another bunch of hobos going for Tournaments in TRIAL mechs and alpha-ing your backplate. No, that is no exaggeration, that was observation LAST weekend.
Up Yours with "challenges" - print the code and read it, is more #fun.
