According Russ' post, yes.

Just looking at a la carte options, the $55 DW package is pretty good value compared to $100 for the MC needed to buy them from the store

Also the $35 preorder on the new pack is pretty cheap

Unfortunately I dont want clan mechs polluting my mechbay until we have some kind of solution in place for being able to participate in multiple factions so I will do without the new Butler
