Does anyone know if it's possible to pay for MWO contents through Amazon?

Any advice or ideas how to accomplish this is welcome. Basically, got some amazon gift cards and points from Amazon credit card that I would like to convert to MWO assets.

Do you mean the points you build up on your card? I've got one too, but there is no way they will let you trade points for MWO items. Too niche.

Can't you just use the points for statement credit, and say you used it for MWO?

Can you buy prepaid Mastercards on amazon? I don't see any option to buy a prepaid visa/mastercard but ymmv. There are no more gift cards accepted by MWO's payment processor (Ultimate Game Cards were discontinued recently)

you may have to fall back on laundering the funds by buying something physical (even if it is a physical Amazon gift card) and selling it for cash/paypal

PGI would have to support Amazon Payments, but I don't think that's one of the payment processors that they recently added.
But it would be possible if PGI did, kickstarter uses them:
