This just started today.

When I run MWO, After hitting "PLAY", the intro runs normal.

But after hitting " LOGIN", the mechlab window will appear but after about 5 seconds the game exits. This happens a couple of times.

I run repair tool with all options checked and completed the whole process. No mismatch found.

After that, the game still exits after login. Any other solutions?

You have probably got a corrupted or mismatched game file. Try running the repair tool which is now incorporated into the patcher (top right, cog icon).

I did run the repair tools....twice.
And in both cases is said "No mismatch found"

Up until now, Im still experiencing same problem. The game doesnt load.
It exits after login.

Try looking in the log file to see if there are any errors that might give you a clue:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online\Omicron.log

Email support in any case they are pretty helpful: support@mwomercs.com

I've got the same problem right now.
Played one game, worked fine.
Realised my key bindings for arty strike were wrong, so I set it. Hit save, and it booted me to desktop.
When I try to re-login, I get to the login screen, type my password and the game closes to desktop. No MWO running in task manager either.
Tried to re-run the game, same thing, crashes out just after typing in login credentials.
Ran the "Fix" from the game window twice, didn't find any errors.
Rebooted multiple times, full shut downs, re-ran patch. No errors but still crashes out at exact same spot.

River and Magic: Are you running integrated graphics chips in your systems? Intel HD 4000's, possibly? Search for and run dxdiag through your start menu search field, and let me know what is listed as the device under the Display tab.

Hi Alexander,

Nope, dedicated card.
Ran the dxdiag:
Display tab shows the EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 4gb card
DX Driver version came up as: 9.18.13.4411 dated Sept 13, 2014

Hope this helps
Thanks

Sorry, that was the Nvidia driver that was the version and date.
The DX is DirectX 11 on the System tab

Did you check all the boxes in the repair tool options before running the scan earlier? It's possible a change in the in-game video settings is causing the crash and restoring them to default might get you back in business.

Try switching to fullscreen/windowed mode, while the mech lab is loading: alt + enter

Thanks Alexander.
I swore I checked all the boxes.
Checking the not defaulted "Clean profile" and "Delete systemoverride.cfg" seems to have done the job.
Game at least launched, although now I just have to reconfigure things.

Will test an actual game shortly - but at least that got me past the login crash.

Thanks for the help. ;)

It may be a resolution issue as well since I run the game on 3 monitors in portrait mode.
Gives me a 3240x1920 resolution.
I know the game technically doesn't support resolutions like that, but have never had a problem with it, and it was odd that I could play one game and then crashed to desktop repeatedly.
