As we all know, MC is temporary. You either be cheap like me and sparingly use it-- thus hardly buying more-- or you, to your bank account's ire-- begrudgingly vomit $$$ into MWO for something that will only last you so long.
I imagine I'm not the only one who finds the temporary nature of this payment system.... off putting. As such, personally I only buy MC (if I do at all) in small increments.

In order to satiate frugal people and reward big spenders alike, I suggest a small, relatively quick to implement bonus for MC purchasers: A permanent % cbill increase

Wrong! Not only will this increase be miniscule, but it will stack with premium time. Not only does premium time remain a viable option, but due to better perks, PGI would (in all likelyhood) get bigger MC purchases at a time.

Here's a scale I was thinking of.
1,250 MC Purchase..... No % bonus
3,000 MC Purchase..... 2.5%
6,500 MC Purchase..... 5%
12,000 MC Purchase... 7.5%
25,000 MC Purchase... 10%

What do you all think?

Why not just add bonus days of premium time to MC purchases?

1,250 MC Purchase..... No days
3,000 MC Purchase..... 2 days
6,500 MC Purchase..... 5 days
12,000 MC Purchase... 10 days
25,000 MC Purchase... 30 days

My idea was really to find away around hesitance resulting from the "finite" nature of MC

The larger MC packages already give you more MC per $
I would say that is a fair amount of incentive already
