Um Id be kinda scared if I met someone at a convention and they started reading forum posts Id made. That would be very stalker ish

We were discussing the merits of the game which were discussed in the forum. He was saying what he wrote, and the difference was impressive from the "voice" I heard when reading the posts. It wouldn't be stalkerish at all. in fact I have had quite a few face to face discussions over opinions from forums. Most were as expected, some were enlightening.

Okay, it seems to me that we are on a similar page now. For the record, though, I wasn't playing the "victim card." I was merely trying to acknowledge that I had the bigger hand in keeping this argument going. You implied that I had the bigger hand, and I was trying to agree.

eh, once the ball starts rolling, things escalate. While going, if a person keep escalating, then yeah, I call them on it (and have occasionally been that person) Once it stops, not a big one for finger pointing. Just tends to restart issues.

It's all good. I read your post differently than you intended, and used it as a launch ad for my issue with a lot if this thread, in general. Oops?

Yeah I tend to look at discussions about this game with ppl in real life like talking about religion or other such things. It tends to lead to arguments

Surprisingly not the case when I got together with the gang from the BattleCorps FanFic. We had a blast sharing ideas!

The title was about favorite, but the OP asked DD-C or D. I mean, was that ever not going to result in infighting?

He might as well, the experience is closer to what he'll probably encounter in the S.

I think that was someone else, actually. That confused me when I first saw it too. I said "oh boy" because I thought he came to his conclusion after 10 minutes and 2 comments, but I think that was a second, different player saying he chose the D.

I'll have to go back and look now...

Yeah, the OP went with the DD-C...

Possibly not. I haven't seen a positive forum since the old HeavyMetalPro forum. And that was 12 years ago! They are still the nicest group of players I have met.
