I would like to give positive feedback on the cockpit items. The three-dimensional artist that you have hired is doing his job very well. As I have always had a penchant for decorations, my money often goes to that side of the game (even though my salary is low: around $2000 a year).
The last purchase was a teddy bear, and I absolutely love it! The sock for the Yule was great too.
Please send my best regards to the artist who keeps it coming! He honestly earned his money.

One note: ofttimes, my cockpit items are hidden or barely visible.
Nova: the teddy bear is invisible behind the HUD;
Direwolf: all items usually are partially not in the screen so I have to look around the cabin with CTRL to see the item;
Atlas: everything is fine;
Commando: everything is fine.

My screen resolution: 1920x1200.

As far as them being hidden - there is a FoV edit you can make to the User.cfg file to widen your field of view
(which makes a lot of things more visible - but also the cockpit items)
