Reference the Alpine Map,
The highest peak that can be climbed, without going out of bounds, is the C5 grid at 2100mtrs.
- that's the mountain above the ice fields
J3 is about 1500mtrs above the base location, but there's another formation behind it even taller, but not accessible.
The main plateau at H9 that is normally fought over has two saddle hills, I9 and G9, each peaked about 830mtrs high. The plateau is at 450 above the road going to the base. That leaves the I11 and H11 opposite hills with a commanding overview of 550mtrs.
Here's an image of the location for grid reference.

Hope that assists, although we really do need some normal colour and 'LIDAR' mock up images of all the maps. That blue is terrible and we have to go to a 3rd party site to get that.

I am just curious where you get the numbers from.
I googled mech sizes and based on what I could find an Atlas is about 16m tall. However, you list the height from plateau to road at 450m ... this is the height of almost 30 Atlas's standing on top if each other ... I don't think the ridge line is that high .. maybe 10 Atlas heights? Similarly the 830m peak height would be over 50 Atlas heights.
Anyway, the only way I can think to scale these hills is based on the known heights of the mechs ... which is why I was wondering where your numbers come from.
My Atlas height estimate came from:

There's a altitude meter in game now (especially useful for avoiding leg damage when jumpjetting).

The altitude indicator should only be a down looking radar for just whats under your Mech during a jump or free fall activity.
- It doesn't read what the base line altitude of your current location is from the lowest map location, or what would normally be sea level.
For the height readings, I used measured map scale lines from various locations and did an optical sighting to different locations within the map. Standard math for the height after that.
1. spotters location
2. Distance to sighting location
3. horizontal distance of relative spotted location
4. Calculate height
Initially used a ranging visual to verify the distances between two set objects and match to map for scale.

Yes it was, at some times requiring triangulation to locate the spotters position.
Sorry, left over army stuff crept in and I had to be exact, even in a virtual world.
- It would help to have actual 'normal' coloured maps of the areas we operate in.
- Even height maps at a workable scale.
I'm sure the map designers have many images of these areas from the overhead view.
- And we shouldn't have to go to a 3rd party location, just to see them. (Smurfy)
